This image shows the "genius sidebar". It takes the easy rating system of Pandora.com, and it allows you to easily create playlists based on liking a particular song and matching it with other related songs.
They also designed and redesigned another way to look at albums. The last release (and release for the iPhone), they had the album scroll that had the albums placed so you could see three at a time and "flip" through them.
This screenshot shows an new emphasis on their iTunes store and more specifically, emphasis on their growing HD selection. This shows the trend of what consumers want. It also has a connection between iTunes, apple, design and trends.
Also, the visualizer is more 3rd than usual. And kind of reminds me of the Radiohead video posted below.
